# Day 68 Once more, once more!

Truly, were I every evening to depict sunrise, and every morning to see it, still I should cry, like the children, Once more, once more! ~Jean Paul Friedrich Richter

Hesperus, or Forty-Five Dog-Post-Days: A Biography,
translated from German by Charles T. Brooks, 1865

# Day 67 Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?

Listen Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen,
Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen!
Its okay to have a glowing shiny red-nose,
Its not okay to use it to laugh and call him names,
and its not okay to keep poor Rudolph from joining in any reindeer games!

Rudolph shouldn't need to save Christmas for you to accept him!

# Day 63 The Sunday Market

We don't need a melting pot in this country, folks. We need a salad bowl. In a salad bowl, you put in the different things. You want the vegetables - the lettuce, the cucumbers, the onions, the green peppers - to maintain their identity. You appreciate differences.
Jane Elliot

# Day 62 Another Diagonal Shot!

This is an absolutely untouched photo!

# Day 61 It's almost Christmas!

Dress Rehearsal for Santa!

# Day 60 For my love of stained glass windows!

People are like stained - glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Yes, I am the ‘contemplative pragmatist’.

# Day 58 Soft white frost!

The snow doesn't give a soft white damn whom it touches.
~ E. E. Cummings Quotes

P.S: This picture was taken in the evening at about 6 pm, with very little light coming from the street lamp post.

# Day 56 Where children go to school!

“Children are supposed to go to school, play on swing sets, skin their knees.”
― Jodi Picoult, Keeping Faith

This is a shot from our bedroom window, and it is such a heartening sight for me. Everyday, children dressed and going to school, seeing so many families holding hands as they walk to school, kissing their kids as they drop them off is a sight that makes me feel - we got some things right!

# Day 55 Those muddy, rainy days!

“For after all, the best thing one can do when it is raining is let it rain.”
― Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

# Day 54 How does one become a butterfly?

“How does one become a butterfly? They have to want to learn to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.”

― Trina Paulus, Hope for the Flowers
